The photo and description is not very clear until you read down into product description. The photo is of a regular version of this remedy.*** As a self proclaimed "natural" person I admit that sometimes herbals don't have an acute effect on a person's ailments. I bought this product at a health foods store earlier in the year when my co-workers got sick one by one and I was hoping to avoid the dreaded sickness. I took it frequently for a few days: did not get sick. Later the same thing happened - they all got sick besides me; I was taking this product. It happened once again and people were getting nailed by a bug and getting bad sick - I started with sore throat, sneezing, achey, sleepy - started taking this product frequently the same day - went to bed still achey and sickly feeling and awoke the next morning HEALTHY. I became a believer in it's ability to ward off colds and recently learned more about the Yin Chiao component to Wellness Herbal Resistance Liquid. Yin Chiao is a time tested rememdy to ward off and lesson the cold sickness. I believe that Yin Chiao combined with the other herbal materials in this product make it superior to plain Yin Chiao. I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who wishes to stay healthy through cold seasons!
