When I found Natures Clease I knew then I would never change colon cleansers again. It is mild but very effective. It never cramps my stomach or causes a bloated feeling. Plus I only need two were with other products I have had to take up to 4. The best part is if you are a person which suffers with constipation Natures Cleanse is gentle enough you can take up to 4 daily.
