I have some female issues each month, and these make the symptoms so much better. If I don't take this daily, I will get much worse symptoms. I can really tell if I don't take them. I have taken some off brands of Evening Primrose and they didn't do anything for me. So go with a good name brand like Health From The Sun, and get the quality you pay for. This is the only brand I will buy now.
