(More customer reviews)My gallbladder and liver were affected by a medicine that I was taking. The gallbladder was removed and I found out that my liver couldn't handle the digestion of fats. I got very sick and was diagnosed with lots of strange things. After doing some research, I figured out that I needed some help with the digestion of fats and turned to Pancreatin. It works great. I try to take it before a fatty meal, but will take it in between meals, just so the digestive enzymes are present when the fatty foods get to my stomach. I take it at least twice a day.
