(More customer reviews)I love the quantities of the different forms of B in this complex. It seems to be a better deal for these amounts than other products I have compared with it. The tablets are pretty big but doable.
However, I did notice that if I put them into my 7 day pill holder with other supplements, it causes other pills to stick to it and they seem "moist". I have started taking these B vitamins directly from the bottle each day rather than keeping them stored with other supplements on a weekly basis.
