He told me that he has read studies that show Magnesium Citrate has been found to help with anxiety, depression and sleep problems. I have taken it for over a month and I am sold. I am sleeping better than I have in years and my problems with anxiety and depression have improved tremendously. I paid $22 for 180 capsules at the pharmcy. Amazon.com's price is great and I plan to order more.
