Found several studies showing verifiable reduction of joint pain for advanced arthritis patients from glucosamine and chondroitin, both of which are natural compounds found in the joints. So I decided to try this. After a couple of weeks the pain in my knees was gone. Then just a few months ago I had shoulder surgery, and stopped taking the pills while my stomach recovered from the anesthesia. Within a couple of weeks the knee pain had returned. I started the Osteo-BiFlex again, and my knees are again pain free when I go up the stairs. No, it's not a double blind scientific study, but I'm ordering my 4th bottle.
