They were not healing even after 2 and a half weeks. As soon as he started taking this 3 times a day he noticed a marked difference in pain and they began to heal great. I had a bad crash and immediately iced the area and started taking Tru-OPCs. the bruising was minimal and much less than I expected for the crash. I'm keeping this on hand in my fist aid supplies for any future crashes.
