(More customer reviews)This product works to relieve BV and UTI's, but it NEEDS to be refrigerated to stay viable, as I found out when I ordered it from the seller here. After a month of taking it as directed I wasn't having results, so I went local and bought a new bottle from a health food store that refrigerates it properly. I started to see improvement very quickly once I did that. Save your money and buy it someplace local, or from another web provider that will ship in a cold container (you'll have to pay expedited shipping charges to make sure it stays cold, though, which tends to make the web discount a wash.)
