(More customer reviews)I have found this particular Roex product to be exceptional. It is especially beneficial when I travel overseas and have that tired, jet-lagged feeling. One little pill and I am able to enjoy a wonderful, refreshing, sound night of sleep.
It is also important to note, I have never experienced any residual feeling of lethargy or grogginess upon awakening.
Although I do not take melatonin on a regular or prolonged basis, it is a great product to have on hand for those times when I am restless and unable to sleep.
