I have tried other "regular" and coral calcium supplements and this one does a tremendous job with my nails so I can only hope that it is doing the same for my bones. I started them when I was 50 and take two every day. My nails are strong and grow quickly. The Plus also contains Vitamin D and Magnesium. I would recommend Barefoot Coral Calcium Plus to anyone looking to start a calcium supplement routine.
