(More customer reviews)The Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 works much better than the regular CoQ10. I'm using the 50mg. now with no ill effects. The regular CoQ10 seemed stronger in that I had to start out with 10mg. and if I took 50mg. or above it made me really nervous, and from what I've read your body doesn't absorb it as well.
So glad I found out about the Super Ubiquinol, as it really is a better product. Yes, it costs a little more, but the results are amazing...have lots more energy.
