(More customer reviews)I have been taking supplements all my life. This is the best multivitamin out there. It will make a difference in the way you feel. I find it strange that two other people rated it five stars but two people rated it one star. The person who rated it one star should be ignored. A vitamin is not good because it has x amount of iron? Ridiculous opinions do not help others. At least the other person was honest: it did nothing for him. But that is normally the case with all multivitamins. For whatever reason there is not really a measureable difference how mulitvitamins make you feel or perform. For me Vitakic makes a very nice difference. You now have three people who rated it five stars to help you decide whether or not to try it. You be the judge.
