But I give it four stars because it is good for reasons other than what I understood it is supposed to do when I purchased the product. I expected for the pills to work as a natural deoderizer for the body, but instead, it acts more like a cleanser. It didn't "make" me use the bathroom, but it did create a more fulfilling bowel movement, which is why I say it acts more as a cleanser. The pills are easy to swallow; however, the greenish color from the pills easily rubs off on anything it touches. In the future, I will try the liquid chlorophyll to see if it acts more as a natural deoderizer since this is what I was looking for initially.
