(More customer reviews)I wanted to try fish oil because of the cardio benefits and also heard of the stress reducing, mood stabalizing benefits of omega-3's that came with it. At first though I was a bit weary to try fish oil because of the dreaded "fish belches" but then I was informed by a friend they were entric coated which means they don't get fully absorbed by the body until they reach the lower intestine. Let me tell you, I didn't experience any indigestion or any fishy aftertaste after taking it, and i've been taking it for roughly 2 weeks now. Too soon to tell if it's helping me in the cardiovascular sense. but I have definitely noticed an improvement in my mood. You can obviously try any brand, but i noticed in my supermarket that nature made was 40% off if you bought 2 of them, so probably no need to buy them on Amazon as they are sold pretty much anywhere, not to mention they have an excellent rewards program.
