(More customer reviews)Flax seed is pretty amazing stuff: low in fat, high in fiber, contains omega-3 fatty acids (the same found in fish like salmon), is great for your heart, and tastes good. It's no wonder some call it a 'miracle food.' I prefer Barlean's because it is organic. I prefer ground flax seed because it makes it much easier to add to things. I add it to oatmeal, breakfast shakes, to top yogurt parfait, mixed with V8 juice, etc. It's an easy way to improve your health with very little effort. Just add it to something and you're done.
