(More customer reviews)As a teenage girl, I've been told by my doctor for years that I need to take multi-vitamins. I always end up forgetting to take them. These gummy vitamins are much more convenient, because I don't have to get a drink and everything to take them. Plus, they taste good, which is an added incentive. However, one of the main things my doctor said I needed a multi-vitamin for is iron, and these have none. I have yet to come by a gummy vitamin for adults/teens that have iron, so I'll be sticking with these until I do.
