It is additive free and each caplet contains 222.2 mg curcuminoids per the label. Each small caplet weighs 600 mg. Take one caplet daily after a meal. Turmeric has strong antioxidant properties and supports normal and healthy skin according to the label. According to the label, it is often used traditionally in conjunction with neem to improve one's skin.
