(More customer reviews)Even though I'm not pregnant, and never have been, I have taken these prenatal vitamins for years, and the results on my hair and nails are just staggering. My hair and nails grow much longer and faster, so much so that I must get out the dreaded scissors and clippers from time to time. My hair especially is a testament to their effectiveness; just look at my profile picture. It's thick and takes color beautifully. Though much of my hair is thanks to some great hair DNA, I recommended these to a friend who lost some hair after a traumatic health scare, and her hair is growing back in faster and stronger since she started taking it. You hair is dead, so don't expect to take these and see a difference overnight. This is a cumulative effect that you will notice as new growth comes in. Will they improve your health? I don't know. I do know that like so many Americans, I don't get a balanced diet, and a supplement is a good idea for me. Talk them over with your doctor, but I highly recommend this brand!
