The more I looked into this the better it sounded with more potent omega-3 and benefits to joints so I got some. It also has benefits for those with CFS and NK cell problems.
After taking just 3 capsules the pain in my hips is about 90% gone. After 4 capsules the arthritis pain in my ankle was also about 90% gone! I'm not exaggerating! This stuff is amazing!
I wasn't sure if these were going to be gel caps and they are not. It looks almost like there is ground mussels in them. I found there was no after taste of fish but I take it with food. Even if it did, don't care the benefits are so good.
I'm not sure how this benefits cholesterol but when I run out of my policosanol I'll use these exclusively and see how it works.
The shipping was pretty fast, the customer service from Vitamin Shop was good and the price is also very competitive.
