(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for a long time. I have tried other calcium/magnesium supplements and they just don't cut it. These are easy to swallow (even though you have to take 6 per day to get dosage). You just divide and take a couple times a day. Anyway, they are absorbed into the system and being calcium citrate the body utilizes the full dosage. They also contain Vit. D so you are doing the right thing by your health. TRY 'EM !!
