(More customer reviews)I've been taking 1000 mg of calcium for years, and for most of those years I've taken the TwinLab 500. I don't find the tablets hard to swallow. I like that they come in an amber GLASS jar. The price on Amazon is quite good too. These are carbonite and should be taken separately during the day close to meals for best absorption. I wish consumers would let manufacturers know that they prefer amber glass containers for medication and vitamin supplements. It is the best.
