Luckily, the very first time I read about it, I happen to buy the Solaray brand and I was hooked. And of course I thought, they were all the same. And found out the hard way that I was wrong.
This thing is good for million things but I take it to keep my acne under control. And it's true that you have to tackle your break outs from inside out. Any oily thing or spicy food I eat, I am going to break out. There is no escape from it.
Take it three times a day and watch how fast your skin will clear out.
