I have used this product for several years now. It works. Upon getting depleted and feeling light headed and weak after long hikes on hot days, a packet of Electrolyte Stamina brings me back!
When I originally researched this product I found it to be similar to the easy-to-find Emergen-C product, but with a higher content of electrolytes. The Emergen-C is great also, but again, more trace minerals in Electrolyte-Stamina. I would suggest you compare Electrolyte-Stamina (or even Emergen-C) to Gatorade, a popular electrolyte replacement product. Gatorade (if you can keep up with the branding) doesn't cut it for me, as it has too many other ingredients, such as sugar and sodium, that I don't want or need. Although Gatorade is claimed not to obtain its "sugars" from corn syrup any more, it's made by PepsiCo. I tend to not trust companies of this size, I have learned that no matter what ingredients may be in the product, the emphasis is on promotion and market share rather than quality of ingredients. I would rather support a smaller, (may I say it) less greedy, more solution oriented company like Trace Mineral Research (or Alacer, maker of Emergen-C). Go to Gatorade's web site, then Trace Mineral Research's website and you will see what I mean.
Good health!
