(More customer reviews)I started using these vitamins -- with Lutein -- several years ago, at the suggestion of my eye doctor. At the time, he warned me that my cataracts would require surgery a few years down the road but said the Preservision might stave off the time for awhile. Since then, the cataracts are about the same size as they were when I started the daily dose of vitamins. No one has said I'm out of the woods on this, but I feel they have given me some more time before a surgery is again mentioned. Often we wonder whether supplements do any good, but, in this case, I believe they live up to the expectations people have for them.
