(More customer reviews)I give these to my 8- and 4-year olds. They get half a dose each (two gummies at a time instead of 4). I notice a real difference in moodiness and ability to concentrate in my 8-year old. I started giving them to my 4-year old because he was jealous that his brother got them. He has a speech delay and I noticed his speech improved quite a bit. The morning gummies do taste terrible (Vitamin B6 is very bitter), but they are really good about taking them - I think because they are gummy bears and most of their experience with gummies has been pleasant. I sometimes forget to give them the evening ones, but often they will remind me because those really are tasty.
