I had gastric bypass surgery (2 years ago) and now need to get my B12 sublingual as the first part of my small intestine is now gone and that is where the body digests and absorbs this vitamin. Hence the need to get it 'sublingual' so that it is absorbed directly into the body as it dissolves under the tongue. I have looked for this supplement many times, but sublingual B12 is not easy or inexpensive to acquire. My husband found this brand for me and it was great. Great strength, great taste, and a great price! Then we moved and the search was on again. After paying much more for another brand that was also lower strength.. I turned to 'ole reliable' - Amazon. There it was and a dual pack at a really good price. I'm set now for another year!
