(More customer reviews)I have many, many different types of protein and energy bars. Typically, they fall into one of two categories candy bars that they try to classify as "Energy Bars" and compressed saw dust that they classify as "Protein bars".
Nugo bars, and especially "Banana Chocolate", are outstanding. The Banana Chocolate bars contain 17 grams of protein and taste GREAT at 190 calories (# grams of fat). I can eat one bar in the morning and have my hunger reasonably satisfied until lunch.
Truth be told I prefer these bars over candy bars- and they fully deserve 5 stars.
