(More customer reviews)I purchased these for my husband, and so far so good. He's been on them for 7 or so months. He has no issues swallowing the pills, but he is rare in that department; these pills are very large!
He experiences no digestive upset from them (takes them after dinner each night).
I wish they didn't use artificial colors in them, I don't see the reason why. That disappoints me a bit.
He seems to have steady energy levels since he's been on it, instead of ups and downs. I think they balance him out really well. I think they've done his body good.
We chose these liquid-filled soft-gel ones versus tablets because I feel they have better absorption that way. I could be wrong, but they seem to work well so I'll stick with that theory. These are playable and could be punctured to get the liquid out if absolutely necessary.
The bottle design isn't childproof, so keep that in mind. It has a flip-open top that allows the pills to easily be shaken out from the bottle and into the hand.
I'd recommend these to most guys looking for a multi-vitamin, as long as they can swallow big pills. They're a good value for the money.
