(More customer reviews)I've taken 2 other brands of 5-HTP (NOW and Doctor's Best) and Solaray is hands down the best. I felt my anxiety and sadness were helped greatly by taking this product. The only problem with these is the amount in the bottle only last me 10-15 days, and at $13 a bottle I can't afford to take these everyday. These really do help with nervousness as well and after taking 200mg before a job interview I wasn't anxious before or during.
