(More customer reviews)I decided to try these BP tablets as I'd read a couple of recognized studies on casein, in Japan and the US.
I've been taking prescription benazepril and HCT for over 10 years, experiencing dry cough and lethargy as a side effect. My new doctor (we relocated) halved the dosage on both with the result of higher BP readings 130+/85.
Since taking the casein tablets my readings have been lower, usually around 115/75. I am in my 60's watch my diet and exercise. I think the benefits of using lower prescription strength and supplementing with a natural product is worthwhile.
The cons are the price, $23 for 60 tabs, Dosage is 2 X daily! The container is glass, 5" height, the 60 pills fill up the lower 1-2" and the rest is cotton!
