Need to give it a few weeks up to two months to start working in your system. After trying different brands of Selenium supplement I found that Nature Made Selenium is one of the few that does NOT upset my stomach. It's high quality and with the Nature Made Rewards Program (you enter a code from the bottle online and earn points towards $off coupons) this is one of the best ones out there. Will buy again!
