I took my first capsule couple days ago and couldn't have been anymore alert and clear.It really improves my concentration problems and it would be great alternative to Addearall which, by the way, is impossible to get nowdays! I would definitely recommend this for people who need more energy and mental clarity. It's an awesome find!
