#1. It is in a CAPSULE,my pregnant stomach can't handle anything less,or I get queazy.
#2. It makes no taste in my mouth when I'm swallowing it,nor does it make me burp up vitamin taste(or burp at all),or make me pee dark yellow.( I do pee a bit darker with it but not nearly as dark as I do with other vitamins)
#3. I called Country Life and was happy to be told that because this product is vegetarian AND kosher it is also VEGAN.I don't know why they don't label it so though.
#4. They are a bit expensive,however this is not only because they are a high quality vitamin its because they come in a dark GLASS bottle.Higher quality vitamins generally do come this way as the dark glass preserves the vitality and freshness of the vitamins,which is essential for the vitamins to do their job in the body.
#5.If they work for you while you're pregnant,they are also good to continue using while you are breastfeeding.
#6. The only slight downer is that you are supposed to take 6-a-day,but I couldn't even find another
VEGAN pre-natal CAPSULE anywhere,so I don't mind taking the extra vitamins.
