(More customer reviews)This is the brand of Glycine that I use. I take 2000 mg (2 capsules)at night before bed along with melatonin. The glycine has been proven to help people with insomnia. For me it prevents me from early awakening. You know, where you wake up at 4 or 5 am and can't get back to sleep? If I do wake up, I can usually fall right back to sleep. My doctor says I can take up to 5000 mg.
