(More customer reviews)These are by far some of the best vitamins out there. You get everything that is in a typical multivitamin, plus more. Just imagine if you took all of the available Life Extension supplements and packed them into a few pills, antioxidants and all. That's pretty much what this is. You won't have to worry about taking anything but these.
I can only think of two downsides. The first would be that these vitamins dry you out (but not as bad as Centrum does). Be sure to take in a lot of water with them. You may even add in a stool softener if you're just getting started on them, as your body will have to get used to the supplementation amount. The other downside would have to be that each serving is 3 tablets and you're supposed to take 9 each day. That may sound like a lot, but if you took all of the stuff they include in here and bought it separately, you'd probably have to take a hundred pills to get the same content. Still, nine is a lot. They do have a product where you can take just two instead, but it's a bit more expensive than this one. If you can tolerate taking 3 large 800 mg pills before each meal (I can), then go with this one. If not, then get the two-pill version. Either way, you get a great deal and save a lot of money by not having to buy the other supplements.
Yes, these vitamins are on the pricier side, but anyone who uses Life Extension products will tell you that this deal is a steal and it's a wonder that they even offer such a product to begin with. Most supplement companies would prefer to overwhelm you with multiple products and confuse you in order to get you to buy more stuff, but I'm glad to say that Life Extension does its best to just make life easier by simplifying things into one easy place.
Overall, 4 of 5 stars. Some of the best vitamins I've found out there.
