My wife got rather fishy tasting burps from it though. I tried some as well and got the same result, like you had just eaten ten pounds of oily sushi. The seaweed extract of higher quality products doesn't have this effect. Still, the price difference is big enough we both decided we could live with fish burps for an hour after taking these
