(More customer reviews)An old herbalist and naturalist doctor in the mountains of Pennsylvania started me on the wheat germ oil when he told me that he could see the side effects of rheumatic fever, that I'd had as a child, in my heart beat. I never knew that I'd even had rheumatic fever but my mother confirmed it. I started taking the Viobin and it helped, immensely, with my energy level and now I can feel the effects, of not taking it, a few days after I run out of it.
I wouldn't advise starting any supplements without consulting a physician but if wheat germ oil is indicated then this is a great, reliable source.

(More customer reviews)I love this vitamin C! It's the only one I have found that is totally plant sourced and not from ascorbic acid that is made from heating corn starch. All of the acerola powders I have bought have added maltodextrin too, which this C doesn't have. Love that too. It is easy on the stomach too, which I can't say for most of the ascorbic acid products I've bought, buffered or not. I hope they never stop making this stuff!

(More customer reviews)I tried a bar of these through UBERSAMPLES organic sampling program and I must say this was surprisingly tasty and had no aftertaste. I was expecting the worst since it's chock full of good stuff like goji berries, acai, mangosteen and pomegranate. The truth is I usually cannot stand a lot of these brand-name or private-label nutrition/sustenance bars, drinks, and supplements. I have tried a lot of them also.
This one is so good, it just taste like a slightly-sweet (NOT THE USUAL SUPER-SWEET) dried fruit.

I was convinced to try it as a young man, because I read the published scientific testing that had been done, proving its effectiveness in overall performance enhancement in physical/athletic activities and in overall general health.
I am now in my 60s and in excellent health. I start every day with a spoonful on an empty stomach. Sure beats spending my time in drug stores, buying expensive prescriptions.

(More customer reviews)Kind of a blunt title for a review, but I'm cutting to the chase here. I'd been wanting to take a multivitamin, but every time I tried one, I threw up. Every. Single. Time. It was not pleasant. I had trouble pinpointing what was making me ill at first (when you start one healthy trend, it usually coincides with others -- like eating healthier and exercising) but it was definitely the vitamins. I did a Web search hoping to find one that would be gentler on my stomach. This one popped up, so I tried it. I'm very happy with it. I can take it with or without food (though I err toward food, just in case). I haven't had a single stomach problem. I've felt a lot better in recent weeks, too. This one isn't a crazy MV with 4,000% of anything, which is another thing I like. It's in the 200-400% range on most vitamins, which is just fine by me. I'm really happy to have found one that doesn't make me ill.
