on the flip side, those of you with allergies to soy will find that the natto works initially. however, it will loose effectiveness because those of us allergic will begin to get sicker on the natto. FYI, another source of natto that is not from soy is Nattozimes from swanson vitamins dot com. those of you with allergies and a tight budget may want to check out swanson vitamins first because it's only a fraction of the cost of the Nattokinase. interesting too, those allergic to soy will find the Nattozimes from swanson works better, which is hard to imagine because Nattokinase works well (at first). at least that was my experience.
