When instructions are properly followed, this might work with your weight loss. so far, i lost 1.8 lbs in a week (with little to no exercise).

(More customer reviews)My friends make fun of me for wearing these shoes almost all the time, even for hiking. They take a bit of getting used to but, once your feet toughen up a bit, I bet you will wear them all the time, too. If you have to stand on your feet a lot (like I did when I was a cook) you will find that your feet don't get tired by the end of the day like they will in other shoes. These massage sandals are the next best thing to walking barefoot on the beach.
The only drawback I've found is that they are very slippery on wet surfaces. Otherwise I think they are the perfect shoe.

(More customer reviews)These sandals will not stay on my feet - they slide out sideways from under the heels within the first five steps. I had to use athletic tape to secure them to my feet.
Once secured I was able to try them out. I must say they work...my feet did feel MUCH better once I removed these torture devices. Be sure to wear socks, as these will tear up your feet in no time. I guess if your credo is "No pain, no gain" and you like Vibram FiveFinger shoes or fire-walking these might be for you...otherwise, avoid!

(More customer reviews)I like the idea of these, but I found a pair made by Adidas at Dicks Sporting Goods that were a lot nicer(and cheaper too). These weren't as comfortable as the Adidas pair either, but the idea is great especially if you have dry cracked feet as I do often.
