Finally! A complete multivitamin that I will not find in the trashcan. My daughter always hated taking capsules or large tablets that always left an unpleasant aftertaste. Now she doesn't skip her daily dose of vitamins and she likes the taste! With teenagers, if they don't like it they won't do it. You just find the evidence under the bed, in a drawer, or in the trashcan. I can't tell you how many pills were lost - and money wasted- before we found this great product!
