This product has no harsh or overpowering smell and is super thick and creamy. Mill Creek's "gel" is actually not what I would call a "gel" but feels like a thick, hair masque you can use everyday. It has a very, very subtle fragrance and when left on for a few minutes in the shower (or longer if you want a deeper condition), it leaves my hair super shiny, not heavy (I have fine hair), not weighted down and my hair does not get greasy the next day either. I highly recommend this product and it's commitment to quality ingredients. Biotin is the best thing for your hair and this product is all about that and not about the perfumes, dies and junk.
I have really sensitive skin and am prone to scalp dermatitis. After using this for over a year I haven't had a breakout and my hair is thicker and more abundant. I can't say enough good things about it! I'm so happy to have found it after my other conditioner was discontinued.
