(More customer reviews)I have been taking hops capsules for the inflammation of osteoarthritis. I began this after having a bottle of beer one night when I was in the throes of a particularly bad flare and felt better the next day. After a little checking on the Web, I discovered that hops is thought to be helpful for arthritis. I also take turmeric caps, so I am not 100% sure whether one is better than the other. In my very non-medical opinion, hops is worth a try.
