(More customer reviews)I've been taking these vitamins for four months now. I've tried the capsules, tried the liquid, and, while those are good I find I'll go back to the chewables. The capsules are taken at 9 per day. The liquid tastes good but it won't travel easily. The chewables almost taste like candy and I look forward to them each day...three a day spread out over the day.
