(More customer reviews)As a rule it's very hard for me to know if an over the counter remedy is helping or not but I started Bio-Strath when it was taking me what seemed like forever to recover from knee surgery -I had no energy, no appetite etc. and wondered if I ever would again. Within a few days of taking Bio-Strath I felt pretty much normal. The taste is unpleasant but the effect is worth it. I stopped taking it and after a week or so began to feel enervated again. When I resumed taking it, my energy once again returned to normal. I am now trying the pills (because of the taste) and they seem to work just as well. In the beginning I was taking it 3 times a day but have now cut down to twice a day with no adverse change in my energy levels. I can't guarantee that the improvement is due to Bio-Strath but the evidence seems to point that way.
