(More customer reviews)I have muscle spasms in my throat which make me feel like I'm being strangled and have a lump in my throat feeling. I bought this because I didn't want the side affects of prescription meds, so thought I'd give it a try. It works for that most of the time, and also shortly after I bought it I bent over one morning and my back was in pain. I started using it and it helped. It did not work by itself to take away all pain however but with Excedrin and that combined it made it so I could continue to go to work. I also noticed if I take it in the morning it does not make me sleepy but in the evening it helps me sleep.

Not only have my squats went up (155lbsx10reps to 255x10) but my deadlifts (185x8 to 315x5) and bench (185x10 245x5) as well! The belt fits great, and the contours are a nice addition. (More customer reviews)I had for about a week the garden-variety lower back pain that comes from ridiculously forgetting one has a back and that it can be strained, when I was looking for something else in my cabinet and ran across a container of sport tiger balm. Oh, the wondrous feeling when you apply it and it cools and soothes those aching muscles! From then on I used it 3-4 times a day and in no time my back was back to normal. I don't find the smell as strong as some other products and I had it on my clothes, pajamas and bed and the smell just discipates. I ordered another to have on hand now...don't ever want to be without it.

(More customer reviews)I have been using the product for a few years now for painful knees. I am now back to jogging every day and I believe this product helped me recover. The company is bit pushy, but they have the best product in my opinion if you believe you have damaged cartilidge.
For a problem like this, which is related to damaged cartilidge, recovery can take a long time. Patience is key, as is doing the right type of exercises. If you have painful knees, strengthening the quadriceps is very important. Try going up stairs backwards, jogging backwards. This pulls the patella upwards, very crucial to healthy knees. Also, do not run with fancy overly cushioned shoes. Use minimal shoes: I recommend the book "Born to Run" by McDougal
