(More customer reviews)Happy to have found Sundown Naturals B Complex at Amazon (for a great price, as usual). It's difficult to find this, or any, B-complex vitamin that doesn't contain megadoses of B vitamins, either online or in-store.
Each one-tablet (small--8 mm dia.) vegetarian-based serving provides 100% RDA of thiamin (B-1), riboflavin (B-2), Niacin, B-6, folic acid, and B-12 (along with trace calcium 35 mg). B-vitamins are water-soluble, which means that excess is eliminated. However, there are upper tolerable intake levels (ULs, aka maximum doses) for some of these supplements. And with all the energy drinks and foods fortified with B-vitamins, it's easy to consume higher-than-recommended doses.
The Sundown Naturals B Complex is a good base for someone who wants to ensure they're getting their B-vitamin recommended daily allowance without taking megadoses. (There's always the option of taking more than 1 more than 1X/day.)

Solaray is known for purity and accuracy, so these are higher quality than many vitamins on the market. The B vitamins are very important for many bodily functions, including optimal brain functioning (memory,emotions,alertness,etc.) Another example is if the body does not receive enough B vitamins when under prolonged stress, it will deplete the adrenal glands - leading to serious fatigue problems and an inability to properly handle stress. I have even seen people with anxiety attacks improve dramatically with proper daily doses of quality B vitamins, and not need anti-anxiety medication. This product is one of the best B Complex products available.
