(More customer reviews)I've been taking this product for two years now. It was prescribed by my doctor after I stopped smoking and gained quite a bit of weight. I lost 60 pounds but also dieted vigorously and exercised regularly at the gym on the treadmill for 35 minutes. Oily discharge sometimes? you bet, but only when I ate meals with a high fat content. Couple bits of advice: if you feel like you need to fart, don't. You can't be sure of what will come out. Restrain yourself until you get to a toilet, just in case. Also, not only fried chicken and fried food have fat. Any kind of red meat has fat content. Rule of thumb for me is if calories from fat are high, I take a pill with the meal. This product is a lifesaver but it only works with diet and exercise.

(More customer reviews)I have been taking for 3 months now. I am using it to help detox heavy metals. I know so far from a live blood evaluation, that my red blood cells are more free flowing. I need to get rechecked for the heavy metal content. I put it into Distilled water. I have had several people recommend it including the blood analysis professional. This product has merit. I wish I could buy in lager quantities and save on shipping. The shipping cost is pricey. Cheers for now.

(More customer reviews)I thought it was nice that they included dieter's Tea for free but they want you to take 6 pills a day????? Really OMG. I am going to take 2 a day hopefully that works. I dont get why so many. couldnt they make the pills more concentrated?? so you take less. Well I will give it a shot.
update: after a few days of taking this I just wanted to say it does happen to curb your hunger
update: It has been a couple weeks and I must say it does help but i only take 2 a day not 6.
