I'm really tired of having to buy overpriced supplements from Wegmans or GNC and having the pills become lighter and lighter even though you're paying the same outrageous price for it. I liked the convenience of only having to take them once a day, unlike so many other greens supplements that need to be taken with each meal. I've been taking this for nearly 3 months and haven't had one cold. This is surprising since I usually come down with the sniffles at least once a month.
