(More customer reviews)I can't really say for sure if this is great or not. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks and I just assume it is doing what it is supposed to. The pills are not too big and easy to swallow. Be aware that the serving size is supposed to be 2 tablets, so if you buy 30 it will only last for about 2 weeks. I purchased this to help with a skin issue called rosacea, as it is listed in the book Prescription for Nutritional Healing by Phyllis Balch for this problem. See my other reviews if you have issues with rosacea.
Pycnogenol is a powerful antioxidant with many benefits. This particular product has quite a few other antioxidants, and I wish amazon would provide nutritional labels. Here is the list:
